Delivery/Assembly

All goods are delivered using a dedicated room of choice furniture delivery service.

You can also pay extra to have your furniture assembled upon delivery by the manufacturer’s own expert assembly team (more details are at the bottom of this page). 

You will be contacted by email and/or text message to book in the delivery in with you a few days in advance.

Bookings are usually made within 2 weeks but please allow up to 3 weeks. Adding the Home Assembly Service may mean it takes a week or so longer to schedule your delivery & assembly. If necessary, you can delay delivery if you need to (see below).

Delivery is only possible to mainland UK addresses (the only isle being The Isle of Wight - but please note that can take an additional 2-3 weeks).

We do not use any other conventional third party carriers. The furniture sold here is of premium quality. We only deliver via the manufacturer's own furniture delivery teams. Please note that we will not arrange delivery via faster carrier companies or any other delivery company due to the poor quality of delivery service and high incidents of breakages/lost items common when shipped via high volume distribution centres. We feel that the premium products sold here are not "impulse" buys anyway, and hope customers will be happy to wait for a highly professional expert delivery service. 
We heavily subsidise the actual delivery cost but do apply a £20 delivery charge contribution per order.

 

Buy now - deliver later: 

Many people choose to order now but delay their delivery until after a certain date (perhaps due to refurbishing a room, being on holiday, moving home, etc.). If you wish to do this just reply to the Order Confirmation email when you have ordered, or call our customer services line, quoting the date you would like to delay the delivery to and we will pass on to the delivery team for them to schedule after that date.

If you're still not ready for the delivery you simply let the delivery team know when they contact you to book in. They'll re-book the next time they are in your area (usually every 2-3 weeks).

Assembly details

As a special additional service, you can choose to have your bed or desk installed and assembled in the room of your choice. This assembly is carried out by expert assembly teams experienced in the brands sold here.

They are full time assembly teams who only work on these beds and desks  (we do not use part-time or local handymen or other tradesmen).
Once assembled they will take away all the packaging leaving you to enjoy your new furniture.
